Adify, a leader in the exciting world of online advertising, is looking for a Senior Product Manager to work with our Engineering team. The Senior Product Manager researches and understands customer needs and issues, drives a vision for the products and features that they own, and works cross-functionally with the entire organization, and primarily the Development and Marketing teams, to launch new products and features that move the business forward.

Essential Functions:
• Understand and analyze customer needs and business processes.
• Work with Product Marketing to define the strategy and roadmap for one or more business-critical areas, such as ad serving, campaign management, or targeting.
• Translate market requirements into product features.
• Develop and leverage a deep technical understanding of Adify’s technology and platform.
• Work with customers and teams across the company, including Sales, Business Development, Customer Service, Finance, and Engineering, to define, develop, launch, and support new products.

Minimum Education (or substitute experience) required:
• BA/BS (Master’s degree is a plus), with a minimum of 5 years of progressively complex, related experience.

Minimum Experience required:
• Thorough understanding of online advertising or campaign management

Skills Required:
• Passion for online advertising and building world-class products.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
• Able to learn fast, multi-task, and solve complex problems. Detail oriented.
• Can-do attitude and a passion for learning about and developing new technologies.
• Strong data analysis skills. Proficiency in SQL and advanced Microsoft Excel skills a huge plus.
• Proficiency in HTML and Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point. Proficiency in Flash or ActionScripting a plus.
